In this chapter:
- (1) "Authority" means the South Texas Water Authority.
- (2) "Board" means the board of directors of the authority.
- (3) "Cities" means the cities of Agua Dulce, Bishop, Driscoll, and Kingsville.
- (4) "Director" means a member of the board.
