Tex. Spec. Dist. Code § 11003.001

Definitions

Effective Apr 1, 2015Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026)

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district.
(2) "City" means the city of Matador.
(3) "City council" means the city council of the city.
(4) "Director" means a member of the board appointed by the city council.
(5) "District" means the Matador Water District.
