Effective Sep 1, 2013Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 581 (S.B. 856)

(a) The district shall maintain an Internet website.
(b) The board shall make available on the district's Internet website:
1. (1) campaign finance reports for each director;
2. (2) the meeting agenda and minutes for each open meeting held by the board;
3. (3) archived video and audio for each open meeting held by the board;
4. (4) the district's budget for the current year; and
5. (5) any audits of the district.
