Governing Body; Terms

Effective May 24, 2021Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 120 (S.B. 2182)

(a) The district is governed by a board of five elected directors.
(b) Except as provided by Section 9082.0202, directors serve staggered four-year terms.
