Findings of Benefit and Public Purpose

Effective Apr 1, 2017Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 855 (S.B. 1162)

(a) The district is essential to accomplish the purposes of Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution, including the conservation and utilization of water.
(b) All land included in the district will benefit from that inclusion.
