The district is composed of the territory described by Section 2, Chapter 268, Acts of the 53rd Legislature, Regular Session, 1953, as that territory may have been modified under:

1. (1) Subchapter J, Chapter 49, Water Code;
2. (2) this subchapter or its predecessor statute, former Section 5, Chapter 268, Acts of the 53rd Legislature, Regular Session, 1953; or
3. (3) other law.
