Definitions

Effective Apr 1, 2017Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 855 (S.B. 1162)

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.
(2) "Director" means a board member.
(3) "District" means the Choctaw Watershed Water Improvement District.
