Tex. Spec. Dist. Code § 9015.356 – Bonds Payable from Ad Valorem Taxes

The authority may issue bonds payable, as pledged by board resolution, from:

(1) ad valorem taxes imposed on taxable property in the authority; or
(2) ad valorem taxes and revenue of the authority.
