Tex. Spec. Dist. Code § 9015.001 – Definitions

In this chapter:

(1) "Authority" means the Alice Water Authority.
(2) "Board" means the board of directors of the authority.
(3) "City" means the City of Alice.
(4) "Corpus Christi" means the City of Corpus Christi.
(5) "Director" means a member of the board.
(6) "Nueces district" means the Lower Nueces Water Supply District.
