Tex. Spec. Dist. Code § 9009.001 – Definitions

For contingent expiration of this chapter, See Section 9009.003.

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district.
(2) "Director" means a member of the board.
(3) "District" means Cade Ranch Water Control and Improvement District No. 1 of Galveston County.
