Definitions

Effective Apr 1, 2019Added by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 869 (H.B. 2803)

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.
(2) "Director" means a board member.
(3) "District" means the North Plains Groundwater Conservation District.
