Definitions

Effective Sep 1, 2009Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1208 (S.B. 726)

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district.
(2) "Director" means a member of the board.
(3) "District" means the Prairielands Groundwater Conservation District.
