Tex. Spec. Dist. Code § 8845.056 – Composition of Board Following Annexation or Consolidation

If the district annexes territory or consolidates with another district, the composition of the board shall be determined in a manner that is:

(1) equitable for the residents of the district as provided by Chapter 36, Water Code; and
(2) otherwise in compliance with Subchapter K, Chapter 36, Water Code.
