Notice of an election under this subchapter must be provided by posting a copy of the order calling the election in at least one conspicuous place for at least 10 days before the day of the election:

1. (1) at the Colorado County Courthouse;
2. (2) in each Colorado County commissioners precinct; and
3. (3) in the cities of Columbus, Eagle Lake, and Weimar.
