Definitions

Effective May 23, 2007Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 183 (S.B. 404)

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.
(2) "Director" means a board member.
(3) "District" means the Bee Groundwater Conservation District.
