Tex. Spec. Dist. Code § 8510.0101

Definitions

Effective Apr 1, 2023Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 914 (H.B. 3530)

In this chapter:

(1) "Authority" means the Red River Authority of Texas.
(2) "Board" means the authority's board of directors.
(3) "Commission" means the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
(4) "Director" means a board member.
