1. (a) In addition to including the information required by Subchapter G, Chapter 49, Water Code, the audit report prepared under that subchapter must state:

   1. (1) the amount of money received by the authority under this chapter during the preceding fiscal year; and
   2. (2) how, to whom, and for what purpose the money was spent.

2. (b) A copy of the audit report prepared under Subchapter G, Chapter 49, Water Code, shall be filed:

   1. (1) as required by Section 49.194, Water Code;
   2. (2) with the governor;
   3. (3) with the lieutenant governor;
   4. (4) with the speaker of the house of representatives;
   5. (5) with the attorney general; and
   6. (6) with the comptroller.
