In this chapter:
- (1) "Authority" means the Lower Neches Valley Authority.
- (2) "Basins" means the Neches River basin and the adjoining Neches-Trinity coastal basin.
- (3) "Board" means the board of directors of the authority.
- (4) "Commission" means the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
- (5) "Director" means a member of the board.
