In this chapter:
- (1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.
- (2) "Constituent municipality" means the City of Grand Prairie or the City of Irving.
- (3) "Director" means a member of the board.
- (4) "District" means the Dallas County Flood Control District No. 1.
