Tax Assessment and Collection

Effective Apr 1, 2013Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147)

The district may:

(1) employ a tax collector; or
(2) contract with any qualified person to assess and collect taxes for the district.
