OF COMANCHE COUNTY, TEXAS
In this chapter:
- (1) "Authority" means the Lake Proctor Irrigation Authority of Comanche County, Texas.
- (2) "Board" means the board of directors of the authority.
- (3) "Commission" means the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
- (4) "Director" means a member of the board.
