Director Eligibility

Effective Sep 1, 2015Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 877 (H.B. 4130)

To be eligible to be listed on the ballot as a candidate for or to serve as a director, a person must be:

(1) a resident of the district; and
(2) a retail water or sewer service customer of the district.
