Tex. Spec. Dist. Code § 7218.001

Definitions

Effective Sep 1, 2015Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 877 (H.B. 4130)

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district.
(2) "Director" means a member of the board.
(3) "District" means the Jonah Water Special Utility District.
