Tex. Spec. Dist. Code § 7209.001

Definitions

Effective Sep 1, 2007Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 791 (H.B. 4044)

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district.
(2) "Director" means a member of the board of directors of the district.
(3) "District" means the Mustang Special Utility District.
