Bonds Payable from Ad Valorem Taxes

Effective Apr 1, 2019Added by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 869 (H.B. 2803)

The district may issue bonds:

(1) payable from ad valorem taxes imposed on taxable property in the district; or
(2) secured by and payable from:
1. (A) taxes described by Subdivision (1); and
2. (B) revenue of the district.
