- (a) The district may establish or otherwise provide for public parks and recreation facilities and may acquire land adjacent to any of its reservoirs for those purposes.
- (b) The district may not use money received from taxation or from bonds payable wholly or partly from taxation for a purpose described by Subsection (a).
