Notice of Annexation Election

Effective Apr 1, 2009Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166)

In addition to complying with Section 4.004, Election Code, notice of the annexation election must:

(1) state the conditions under which the territory may be annexed; or
(2) refer to the resolution of the board for that purpose.
