Tex. Spec. Dist. Code § 6903.001

Definitions

Effective Apr 1, 2009Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166)

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district.
(2) "Commissioners court" means the Commissioners Court of Eastland County.
(3) "Director" means a member of the board.
(4) "District" means the Eastland County Water Supply District.
