Tex. Spec. Dist. Code § 5007.208 – Filing of Financial Statement by Port Commissioners

(a) A port commissioner shall file the financial statement required of state officers under Subchapter B, Chapter 572, Government Code, with:
1. (1) the authority; and
2. (2) the Texas Ethics Commission.
(b) Subchapter B, Chapter 572, Government Code:
1. (1) applies to a port commissioner subject to this section as if the port commissioner were a state officer; and
2. (2) governs the contents of, timeliness of filing, public inspection of, and civil and criminal penalties relating to a statement filed under this section.
