Filing Copies of Audit Report

Effective Apr 1, 2009Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166)

Copies of the audit report prepared under Subchapter G, Chapter 49, Water Code, as required by Section 60.002 of that code, shall be filed:

(1) as required by Section 49.194, Water Code; and
(2) with the county clerks of Harrison and Marion Counties.
