- (a) Before assuming the director's duties, each director shall execute a good and sufficient bond in the amount of $1,000, payable to the county judges of Harrison and Marion Counties, for the use and benefit of the district conditioned on the faithful performance of the director's duties.
- (b) The district shall pay the cost of the bond.
