Tex. Spec. Dist. Code § 5001.001

Definitions

Effective Sep 1, 2007Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 436 (S.B. 1953)

In this chapter:

(1) "Commission" means the navigation and canal commission of the district.
(2) "Commissioner" means a member of the commission.
(3) "District" means the Aransas County Navigation District.
