Tex. Spec. Dist. Code § 1123.001

Definitions

Effective Sep 1, 2025Added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 573 (H.B. 2014)

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district.
(2) "Director" means a member of the board.
(3) "District" means the Somervell County Hospital District.
