Bonds Not Subject to Taxation

Effective Sep 1, 2013Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1306 (H.B. 3793)

The following are not subject to taxation by the state or by a political subdivision of the state:

(1) bonds issued by the district;
(2) any transaction relating to the bonds; and
(3) profits made in the sale of the bonds.
