Bonds Not Subject to Taxation

Effective May 28, 2015Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 141 (S.B. 2034)

The following are not subject to taxation by the state or by a political subdivision of the state:

(1) bonds issued by the district;
(2) any transaction relating to the bonds; and
(3) profits made in the sale of the bonds.
