Tex. Spec. Dist. Code § 1118.051 – Board Election; Terms

(a) The board consists of five directors elected by district voters.
(b) Directors serve staggered four-year terms.
(c) An election shall be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of each year to elect the appropriate number of directors.
