Bonds Exempt from Taxation

Effective Apr 1, 2015Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026)

The following are exempt from taxation by this state or a political subdivision of this state:

(1) bonds issued by the district;
(2) the transfer and issuance of the bonds; and
(3) any profits made in the sale of the bonds.
