Tex. Spec. Dist. Code § 1105.112

Provision of Certain Health Care Services

Effective Apr 1, 2013Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 70 (S.B. 1147)

The district may provide any appropriate health care services the board determines are necessary to meet the needs of the district, including:

(1) emergency medical services;
(2) home health care services;
(3) long-term care services;
(4) rehabilitation services; and
(5) fitness services.
