Tex. Spec. Dist. Code § 1096.253 – Tax Assessor-collector

The board may use any of the following to assess and collect district taxes:

(1) the tax assessor-collector for Limestone County;
(2) the tax assessor-collector for the Groesbeck Independent School District; or
(3) any tax assessor-collector established by the board for the district.
