Notice; Hearing; Approval of Budget

Effective Apr 1, 2011Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619)

(a) The board shall hold a public hearing on the proposed annual budget.
(b) Notice of the hearing must be published one time at least 10 days before the date of the hearing.
(c) The board must approve the annual budget.
