Financial Report

Effective Apr 1, 2011Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619)

As soon as practical after the close of each fiscal year, the district administrator shall prepare for the board:

(1) a complete sworn statement of all district money; and
(2) a complete account of the disbursements of that money.
