1. (a) The board may take any action to provide day-care services for the district's medical staff members, allied health professionals, officers, directors, and employees, including:

   1. (1) spending district money;
   2. (2) entering into agreements; and
   3. (3) acquiring by lease, purchase, or lease to purchase facilities, supplies, and equipment.
2. (b) The district may provide day-care services to district residents as space permits.
