(a) In this section, "health care services" includes:
- (1) home health care services;
- (2) respiratory or physical therapy services;
- (3) mobile emergency medical services; and
- (4) clinic services.
- (b) This chapter does not limit the district in providing health care services to any ill or injured person, regardless of whether the person is a district resident.
