Tex. Spec. Dist. Code § 1020.001

Definitions

Effective Apr 1, 2009Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166)

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district.
(2) "Director" means a member of the board.
(3) "District" means the Deaf Smith County Hospital District.
(4) "Hospital system" includes medical or other health care facilities.
