In this chapter:
- (1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district.
- (2) "Director" means a member of the board.
- (3) "District" means the Baylor County Hospital District.
- (4) "Hospital system" includes a hospital and an alternative delivery system of care created under Section 1005.107.
