Bonds Not Subject to Taxation

Effective Apr 1, 2007Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019)

The following are not subject to taxation by the state or by a political subdivision of the state:

(1) bonds issued by the district;
(2) any transaction relating to the bonds; and
(3) profits made in the sale of the bonds.
