1. (a) Any person may apply to the department for a private bird hunting area license.

2. (b) The application for a private bird hunting area license must be on a form supplied by the department and must include:

   1. (1) the name and address of the applicant;
   2. (2) the total number of contiguous acres to be licensed;
   3. (3) the name and general location of the property; and
   4. (4) the species of pen-reared birds to be hunted.
