Reference to Historical Sites

Effective Sep 1, 2001Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 968

(a) In this section, "publication" includes the publication of a book, magazine, photograph, poster, or bulletin.
(b) The department may not refer to a historical site as a "historical park":
1. (1) in a department publication; or
2. (2) on a department marker or sign.
