Tex. Parks & Wild. Code § 12.404

Class a Parks and Wildlife Code Misdemeanor

Effective Sep 1, 1997Amended by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1256

An individual adjudged guilty of a Class A Parks and Wildlife Code misdemeanor shall be punished by:

(1) a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $4,000;
(2) confinement in jail for a term not to exceed one year; or
(3) both such fine and imprisonment.
