For the purposes of this subtitle, a "trust" is an express trust only and does not include:

1. (1) a resulting trust;
2. (2) a constructive trust;
3. (3) a business trust; or
4. (4) a security instrument such as a deed of trust, mortgage, or security interest as defined by the Business & Commerce Code.
